My favorite: Are those almonds?


Chickpeas, tuna, almond, edamame, spinach, avocado... wow! add some olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice! such a delicious and filling salad. Lunch or dinner, it's a healthy and filling dish. Enjoy!

Tunisian Carrot Salad ("Omek Houria")

Boil 4-5 carrots, add harissa (spicy paste), eggs and tuna!

So good.


Fresh Surimi Salad



Cucumbers, Peppers, Tomatoes and Surimi!

Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

I like this salad because it's so easy to make! The green color reminds me of nature, greenery and freedom. All you need is:
